What type of shipping do you offer?

We currently offer free shipping in the United States via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Shipping for orders greater than $75.00. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with the tracking information. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our usual processing time is approximately 3 - 5 business days which does not include shipping time. Since our items are handmade and made to order, processing times may be slightly longer during hight volume order times. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page on the website or email shopreturninggrace@gmail.com. We will do our very best to accommodate all special requests.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns on non personalized items within 14 days of receiving the order. Buyer will be responsible for return fees and packaging. 

If there is an error with the order including wrong fabric, incorrect spelling, etc. we will absolutely replace the item and correct the issue as quickly as possible. We do our very best to prevent errors with orders but these occur at times and we take full responsibility.
